All-levels
The “backbone” of our schedule; designed to connect the student with his/her inner teacher in order to develop a yoga practice that meets their physical, emotional and mental needs. Students prompted to work at their “edge” and to let go of competition and unrealistic expectations.  Modifications are given to help reach the individual's fullest potential.
Slow Flow
A traditional vinyasa flow class performed at a slower pace than our all-levels class with less sun salutations and more seated postures,  Perfect for beginners or more experienced yogis that want to slow it down.
Power Yoga
Designed for the more advanced student who is ready to deepen their practice through more challenging poses and sequences; also a more vigorous pace with less modifications offered.

Gentle Yoga
Relaxed pace class designed  for all ages, sizes and fitness levels. Suitable for beginners and seniors.
Yoga Strength Express
A 45 minute class that incorparates traditional yoga poses with classic strength training exercises. Fast paced and fun!  Please bring 3lb or 5lb hand weights.
