This upbeat class is perfect for anyone who is ready to bring their practice to a new level. The pace is faster and the sequences more challenging. Arm balances and inversions will be practiced in this class. This is a great class to grow your practice!

This high energy class is designed to strengthen and tone the entire body using traditional yoga poses with light hand weights. This class can be done without weights if you prefer.

Yin yoga, , is a very distinct style of yoga that stretches the connective tissues (joints) rather than conditioning the muscles which is more "yang" yoga. The practice is characterized by holding passive asanas for 3 to 5 minutes. Some believe that yin yoga is the oldest form of hatha yoga, since it is the ideal method of physical conditioning for prolonged meditation.

This class is designed as an introduction to the practice of yoga but is also suitable for the more experienced student who wishes to refine their poses. Class is slower paced than an all-levels class, and focuses on developing clear and safe alignment in foundational poses. Come to learn, play, and maybe even break a sweat in a supportive environment. You don’t need to be able to touch your toes; you just have to be willing to try.
