Yoga is a slower moving, more concentrated form of exercise. Because each individual can control the intensity of the movements, the same workout is equally beneficial for all ranges of physical fitness. From deepening your breath to relax into the pose to moving deeper into the pose, we encourage our students to listen to their own bodies. Yoga should leave you feeling energized and tranquil. Our classes are designed to leave you feeling content and refreshed.
